We can help Ukraine but that little weasel Zelensky is walking a fine line. He is a weasel. I am telling you.
He made Trump and Vance look weak, inside the Oval Office. And Trump only knows how to respond by siding with dictators and this won’t turn out well for the general American population or any interest in international affairs.

Is that why Zelensky is already groveling??

Actually no. It went as I expected and planned. I like certain issues on both sides. I just really think that Trump is an asshole and a terrible leader for the general American.
Yehh a proxy war in Ukraine is really in my best interest. We should give Ukraine billions more to launder.

You're a stupid lying puppet oath breaker. Zelensky is facing off with Russia and you're backing a weak and cowardly orange jesus.

You might want to watch the full 46 min press conference. It might hurt your feelings some more, as it completely undercuts your assertion above.
I would still say that Trump is an asshole and terrible leader for the general American if I watched 46 minutes of veggie tales.

When you take a comedian that got famous by playing a piano with his dick on national TV, this is what you get, a cosplaying drawf trying to look tough in his little all black outfit.

He could at least put a suit on.

Musk wears a tucked in tshirt in the Oval Office. Is that disrespectful too?? Trump has met with other leaders who didn’t wear a suit. Maybe for cultural reasons? But alas, Zelensky didn’t. Who tf cares. People can say that they were al there for business, and that’s not necessarily true.

It’s looking more like Trump was positioning Vance to become more vocal and project an image that they will use to their advantage later. Neither Trump, not Vance had any intention of closing a deal. They wanted to make a spectacle of the situation. Exactly why Trump let his puppy dog, JD, banter back and forth so much.

You really are clueless. Quit reading Huff Post

You do realize the VP has historically been in charge of foreign policy initiatives at the behest of the President. Bush for Reagan, Gore for Clinton Cheney for Bush, Biden for Obama. It’s the VPs responsibility to be involved in foreign policy.

but yet he’s never been there and when zelensky asked him about it his only response was “but I’ve seen the videos”. Sounds like a pretty legit way to govern foreign political initiatives… from the comfort of OANN and musk run, X.

That seems to be more along your comprehension level...
it would be more enlightening than seeing those clowns go back and forth like 3rd graders. “You never apologized” “you never came to see me in my country” “you never said thank you”

Trump inherited an absolute mess with Ukraine. He has at least been trying to help Ukraine with a joint economic package rather than billions and billions of mismanaged aid. What are your thoughts of Biden's handling of Ukraine?

Diplomacy 101 says when you are visiting a host country, who is your only real hope and has provided billions in aid, you would show some sense of gratitude and realize you are not driving the ship. But Zelensky can't seem to grasp that concept...

Musk is not asking hundreds of billions because his country is at war either.

Many of you probably watched what took place between Donald Trump and Zelenskyy yesterday. Whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, you might be thinking to yourself, "Oh my God, Donald Trump just screwed up."

However, let’s examine the disparity between what you believe you witnessed and what actually occurred.

Donald Trump has been under constant political persecution since the beginning of his first term. Over time, he has learned to be patient and calculated.

Yesterday, Zelenskyy was invited to the Oval Office. However, both Trump and JD Vance knew exactly what Zelenskyy was going to do—he would use this opportunity, in front of the American people, to make a power play. Both Trump and Vance anticipated this.

When Zelenskyy began appealing to the emotions of the American people, JD Vance stepped in, accusing him of disrespecting Donald Trump. This was a brilliant strategy. It’s important to understand that Zelenskyy is trying to gain access to NATO.

Trump knew this but could not allow it to happen. If Ukraine joins NATO, the U.S. would be bound by NATO’s collective defense agreement—an attack on one is an attack on all.

Now consider the broader implications: Ukraine and Russia despise each other. If Ukraine were to become a NATO member, any future skirmish between them would obligate the U.S. to enter into direct conflict with Russia. This could potentially lead to World War III. And if that happened, China would have to choose a side—they would almost certainly align with Russia.

So what was witnessed yesterday was a setup. Trump and JD Vance knew that the only way to achieve peace was to strategically align, at least on the surface, with Russia. Why? Because Russia would never sign a peace treaty if Ukraine were admitted into NATO.

This is why Trump dismantled Zelenskyy’s argument. And when Zelenskyy, seeing his play failing, tried to backtrack and offer a treaty, Trump refused.

Zelenskyy’s real intent was clear—he would not agree to peace unless security guarantees were in place. But what was he actually saying? That NATO must accept Ukraine. However, Russia would never agree to peace, knowing that NATO, their historical adversary, would surround them.

Zelenskyy, Putin, and Trump all knew this. Zelenskyy, thinking he had Democrats' support, believed he could make this bold move on live television. But Trump and Vance saw right through it and outmaneuvered him.

They knew that, in the short term, Democrats and the media would try to use this moment against them. But they also knew they had two years before midterms to prove their strategy was the right one. So they held their ground—brilliantly so.

Now, Zelenskyy will have no choice but to back down and accept Trump's terms. But here’s the genius part—Trump is actually protecting Ukraine without dragging the U.S. into war.

By negotiating a mineral deal, Trump ensures that Americans will be involved in Ukraine’s mining industry. This prevents Russia from launching an invasion because attacking Ukraine would mean endangering American lives—something that would force the U.S. to respond.

Trump played both sides like a master chess player. In the end, Zelenskyy will have no choice but to concede because without U.S. support, Ukraine cannot win a prolonged war against Russia. And once U.S. companies have mining operations in Ukraine, Putin will be unable to attack without triggering massive international consequences.

Don’t underestimate Donald Trump. In this game of chess, he’s ten moves ahead of everyone.

But 38 BILLION of your taxes is being paid out to the spiritually empty gagamagat, all while taking money from the elderly, sick, and the children. Shut up, punk.

Dear Facebook, I learned to copy and paste today.

Why is Susan Rice involved and knows more details about the mineral rights deal than were publicly available?

She and Nuland (Ms Color revolution) can go pound sand. Likely “advising” Zelenskyy in the background.

There is a rumor going around that "former Dem (Obumma) administration officials" are advising Zelensky. The guys care nothing about Zelensky or the Ukraine people. Using him as a tool to once again, attempt to interfere with a new president and his policies. These may be Logan Act violations

^^^^That^^^^ lying idiot is stupid enough to claim someone cares "nothing about Zelensky or the Ukraine people" while his orange jesus and cult of magats are attempting to convince people that coercing Ukraine to pay for military aid with their country's rare earth minerals and conceding russian invaded territory as a reward for invading a sovereign nation. You and your fellow magats are stupid to the extreme.
