I smoked/roasted poblano peppers for this potatoe/corn chowder. Wife made some home made sourdough.

Big hit with the Hungus kids, they all ate it.

I added some Cholula and topped with cheese and crumbled bacon.

My best friend’s wife got into gourmet cooking and tried out many of her creations on me. When she served me a green goo with dumplings floating around in it, I had to tell her I was sorry, but I couldn’t eat that.

inlaws had fried pork loin, mashed potatoes, gravy, white beans, and mac n cheese. best meal Ive had all week which included something caribbean every day washed down with either chill or balashi beers.
