While you're correct the tweet incorrectly identified them as AF, really doesn't change the fact Biden told he 82nd Airborne they'd see "when you are there" after stressing we're not sending troops. We're sending tens of billions in funds to a proxy-war while having zero gameplan for how to end it. And now the 101st is literally on the Ukraine border.

The 82nd was already there on the border in prior months. They do rotations. 82nd went after Russia invaded.

Both. Biden told the 82nd in Poland they’d see when they they’re in Ukraine. The WH walked it back because the administration has been touting they’re not putting boots on the ground. And now the 101st is also on Ukraine’s border drilling for war. But according to the WH, there are no plans for the US troops to be in Ukraine. Does anyone really believe we don’t have anyone in country?

This week, a sizable number of Democrats sent a very milquetoast letter to Biden suggesting that maybe he consider a diplomatic change in tactic on Ukraine. And the democratic pushback was insane. So much so the Democrats formally withdrew the letter.
