I'm going to give OJ the benefit of the doubt & say too harsh - because he was probably just confused about right & wrong. If you're allowed to walk after committing a double homicide (where both victims were white) then does pointing a gun at people you know who stole from you seem that bad?

Pretty harsh sentence given the actual offense it was passed down for. I'm pretty certain the judge used it as a chance to right past wrongs. OJs "Lifetime Achievement Award," so to speak ...
