Has anyone watched this on Netflix? It is a true story about a group of Mossad agents in the early '80s helping to smuggle Ethiopian refugees (Jewish) through Sudan to Israel to escape Civil War and violence. The refugees were being persecuted in Ethiopia during the internal conflict, then they were being killed/persecuted while in Sudan.
The true story is that the Mossad agents set up a fake hotel - which ended up turning into a real resort with real guests - as a cover to smuggle thousands of refugees to Israel. Pretty amazing that they were able to pull it off. The actual information pertaining to it was just declassified by Israel over the last few years, so it's a new story.
The movie has some stars in it (Chris Evans) but could have been done a lot better. It's still an entertaining and cool story that I had no idea about.
