No, he hasn't honored it. He still owes Cuntry $100 and is doing everything possible to make it as inconvenient as possible for Cuntry to be able to collect.

If Murox the Moron follows through, he will be at 33% for fulfilling his word on bets on here (assuming he lasts a year).

I'm not sure what the hell is going on around here. I keep reading through all these various bets, and there appears to be more fine print in these bets, than what I apparently agreed to with my Direct TV contract.
