Due to this week's groundbreaking ceremony for
the new College of Business complex, the area
of Fourth Ave. between Hal Greer Blvd, and 14th
St. will be congested the morning of Wednesday,
Nov. 10.
More than 200 quests are expected to attend the
event and parking in the area may be hard to find.
