No...they are not alright. Lambert is alright. He is off to Purdue with a nice pay raise. Yes, it didn’t catch them off guard but many of them have had their feelers out since September. They saw the writing on the wall. Right now the job market is very tight. There are more unemployed coaches than available jobs in the industry right now.
