I'm sorry that prosecution over charged I'm sorry the prosecution withheld evidence. Here's the thing Mr. Wings for pigs, black people and white people tend to act differently when dealing with the police. When I get pulled over by the police I safely pull over as soon as possible, roll down my window before the policeman exits his vehicle and then place both my hands on the steering wheel in full view. When he approaches the car and he asks if I know why he pulled me over, I answer truthfully. If I was speeding, I acknowledge it and apologize. When he asks me for my license, insurance and registration I tell him that my wallet is in my back pocket, or jacket pocket and I'll get that first. Once I do that I tell him my registration is in the glovebox and I'll get that now if it's okay. I refer to him/her as officer or sir/ma'am during every exchange. When they go to run my ID I sit quietly, keeping my hands on the steering wheel and not fidgeting around. Of course I know I have no warrants or other legal issues that will pop up, so I just patiently wait. When they come back to the car I keep my hands on the wheel until they hand me my stuff back, I take it and lay it on the dashboard and put my hands back on the wheel. If he says I'm getting a ticket I tell him I understand and apologize again for the violation. He hands me the ticket, I lay it on the dash and put my hands back on the wheel. Once he leaves, I put my stuff away and drive off.
Here's the thing, and I don't care if you are black, white or green, if you are respectful, honest, and do nothing to cause the officer to get nervous, you aren't going to get shot. If I was carrying with a concealed carry permit I know that is going to make any officer nervous. I would inform them that I had a concealed carry permit and was carry a gun. I would identify the type gun and its location on my person. I would then ask the officer what he wants me to do. I would offer to exit the car with my hands on my head and let him remove the gun himself, or even offer to allow him to handcuff me first or sit with my hands on the wheel if he wanted to wait for a second car.
To escalate a situation with an armed man with his adrenalin pumping is a fool's errand. To agitate, lie, not comply with orders, all stupid. If you are in a situation where you can potentially be shot by someone who has the authority to do it, pick another time to puff up. You don't want that chip on your shoulder being your cause of death.

Philandro Castille did all of that and was still shot and killed in front of his 4 year old daughter.

The actual facts dont fit the narrative the race pimps are pushing, so it wont be discussed. Its too easy to play the victim and blame others for ones own lack of correct actions.
BS. Castille was asked for his ID, told the cop he was carrying and then reached for his wallet. The fact that his girlfriend was filming shows that they were escalating the tension of the situation. honestly, who would think that filming a cop during a traffic stop is a great idea and will help the situation be more relaxed.

Yeah, the dude selling illegal cigs was such a nice guy, too. And he totally cooperated with the police. I read an article today that was blaming white privilege for the way certain people react to requests that police make of them.

First I'll answered your question. I'm not going to waste my time reading an Article that paints the actions of Police towards blacks in a positive light. Until your black and see first hand how they treat us. Then I'll answer you. Police can put ANYTHING in a report to justify their actions, even lie.

if I were black I wouldn't worry about the cops, I would worry about the genocide that my race was performing on themselves and the lack of morality that leads to 72% of everyone of my color in the U.S. To be born to unwed mothers. Black lives don't matter to other blacks unless they are shot by a white cop.
