They don't want the problem to be solved. If the problem was solved then they would have no excuse or crutch to lean on.

If they want to start solving the problem then step up a be a man and support your kids and be a father. That's the biggest problem they face. It is not some cop who wants to make a living, do the right thing, and go home to his family at night.

he was asked if open carry made their job harder during the shooting and he agreed. you know what else made their job difficult? having thousands of protesters gathered. so should we get rid of the 1st and 2nd to make their job easier?

ok..... so am i supposed to assume what he means? speculate? does he want guns banned? does he want a better background check? does he want mental health checks? does he want open carry banned?

he specifically answered yes that open carry at the event made it more difficult to ID threats. i agree with him and understand that in the heat of "battle" it would be difficult, especially in a sniper situation.

i've seen his statement plastered all over social media in an anti-gun stance. my question to those parading it around, does having thousands of protesters in a given area make the police's job harder? if so, what restrictions on the 1st amendment do you propose to help the cops out?
