If you use Chrome as your browser & haven't updated in a while, do it now. Like, right now. For security reasons. It can be done by going into your settings in the top right hand corner.

Do it regardless of operating system.

From what I've been reading, it's not entirely limited to 7 - but if you're running 7, then absolutely update. They're even recommending iOS update.
