Now That they are telling the truth maybe I can be compensated for 32 yrs of coal and rock dust. I will drain every dime out of the goverment for 32 yrs. In 2015 they tried to say black lung was a thing of the past.

Hardly. My dad, uncles, both grandfathers were all miners. I was a red hat for a short few weeks before getting laid off right after I got out of the military, that’s when I went to Huntington and eventually school. The one thing that separates us from ͏y͏o͏u is your whining. Draining the government for life choices is exactly what those people do you get on here and complain about. You know the type. Welfare, food stamp, WIC rrcrionet types the right can’t stand. And if you ask, the answer is no I do not receive disability from the VA, I chose to do what I did.

VA is not a great hospital, you’re clueless for thinking that. And my point is this, I have no issue with people getting what they are entitled to. I have issues with people who purposely set out to “drain the government for every dime they have.” Especially when they choose to stay in a life they knew was going to have long term health consequences
