The wife and I went to dinner last night...

I’m afraid to go to the Olive Garden and it has nothing to do with price.

I recently helped a colleague with a project and he treated me to lunch. We went to a place called Cheddar’s that I had never been in before. Nice atmosphere, decent food, and I was fascinated by the spiral ceiling fans in the main dining room.

I was in that area again a few days later and decided to give the restaurant another try. The waitress seated me in the bar area because they were crowded and I was disappointed I couldn’t watch those unique fans.

I mentioned to the waitress that the menu had changed and she just smiled. After I ordered, she asked me if I would like some salad and breadsticks. I agreed.

When the waitress turned to leave, I said to her, “With salad and breadsticks, you are just like Olive Garden.”

She turned and with a concerned look on her face said, “This is the Olive Garden.” I had walked into the wrong restaurant. Soon they won’t let me out to go anywhere.

Risk of Suicide and Self-Harm Following Gender-Affirmation Surgery

And that’s the fvcking point, prepubescent body rubber. Knowing that parents, a doctor, a therapist, etc. have to be involved and approve, to think that it isn’t done with much thought of the consequences is the epitome of ignorance and stupidity.
Docs parents counselors etc are rushing to"gender affirming care". If numbers of these surgeries had remained consistent you'd have a point but they've tripled from 2016.

And they are all guests. Some of them are welcome guests while some of them sneak their way into the door as it is being closed.
You don't have a problem with illegal foreign nationals raiding our country, putting us all in danger. Why are you whining about a message board that has zero impact on anyone's life?

Without much though of impact and without thought of consequences are the same fvcking thing.

Also the rumor is Vahalla has likely seen its last major championship. From the course set up, to the logistics, and throw in this incident and rumor is it is over for them. It is more about the course and throw in handling a major and word is they are done.
PGA sold it to a group of local businessmen, and that has more to do with it than anything else.

Baseball

The staff better be on the recruiting trail for hitters.

Our offensive stats were incredibly bad, like almost hard to believe bad. One player hit better than .300... Eight players were below the Mendoza Line (under .200)... Team batting average for the year .233 - Awful.
During the JMU series, the JMU announcers stated we had 14 signees for the 2024-2025 season. They also said Beals took this job because the AD has given him assurance he would have time to build a program.

Smart move on his (Beals) part, because the first two years have not been that impressive.

It's not on a whim. I showed two meanings of that phrase. Your argument is refuted, multiple times, by both of them.

"On a whim" means with little-to-no planning, suddenly, without much thought of the impact . . . none of those things fit how those surgeries happen.

They had roads closed around the golf course for the pedestrian accident. That's been reported whether or not it was a mile away is irrelevant. Road was closed for an accident
First if all, yes it is relevant as it pertains to you saying "He drove around a deadly accident onto the median." He did no such thing.

Second, no Shelbyville Road was not closed in front of the entrance. Traffic was fvxked due to the accident a mile away and a shuttle bus that broke down by the entrance. This is why Scottie, and every other golfer, was instructed to enter as they did.
