Lost power yesterday for about 14 hours because of a fallen tree. Most of the repair crews were somewhere else helping in hurricane hit areas. When I got out my emergency lanterns, half of them had dead batteries.

This all made me start thinking about generators. Several people I know in my area have those whole house units, but I am not really wanting all the installation mess and maintenance schedules. Plus, our only option for generator power here is propane and the cost of that has gone sky high. I have started reading about the battery power stations. Seems to be just what I need. Plug in a few lights and maybe a coffee maker or small microwave. A company called Jackery has one I’m reading about.

Do any of you have something similar?

That prick michiganHerd needs to lay off my pal Rifle and treat him like the hero he is to all of us. He is far better then what any of us amounted to and loves our Herd as much as anybody even Perkins. Rifle has forgotten moore about football then all of us put together and by put together i dont mean it in a homosexual way but you all know that. Hey ok buddy I have seen two posts from.a sistersville while I came back as Mr sistersville. Those who know my typing skills and how I ramble know I'm the real deal. Tight end coach with the eagles. Yes GD Eddie Wayne is one of my best friends. See him almost every day. Well it's football Saturday and I love football more than I ever have. From 6 yr olds to the pros.. My grandson is 8. Plays every down at center and defensive ends. He wrecks havoc in the opposing teams backfield old school crashing them defensive ends in every play. I hate playing a defensive end where like a zone they want their ends to string it out. Former service members, not already content with the free housing, free food, paycheck, and best parking at Home Depot, are now leaving UCLA homeless.

A VA center in Los Angeles has, for 40+ years, leased Jackie Robinson Stadium to UCLA baseball. Other parts of the VA land have been leased for movie studio storage, a current (and wealthy) private school for children, and more. The land, which I believe is about 400 acres, currently only houses about 25 vets. The judge is now ordering all of those other organizations who spend a lot of money that goes directly to the VA off of the land and is demanding permanent housing for 1500 vets.

I should have gone in the military. I could have protected all of us from the dangerous Ohio River Terrorist Cartel like Herdman did and then demand thousands of dollars every month for the rest of my life, free medical, and free housing.

Wanted to share my early thoughts on who I think will end up starting/finishing most games this season. Off the bat, this may be the oldest lineup/team in the country. All 5 starters would be exhausting their eligibility after this season. I pondered potentially putting Mingo over Jakob Gibbs in the starting lineup for offensive purposes, but settled with the veteran for higher defensive upside and less overall question marks. This starting 5 will probably be the best defensive unit we put out there, but the biggest question marks I have will be offensive creation. A lot of the offensive load will be on Speer to handle and create for others. Could decide how far we go this season. The defense will be legit.

Like most conservatives, I'm heading out to finish up my work week today.

Was gonna go up the street tonight to watch the Revolution finish off the Dirty Birds, but rain in the forecast for the next week or so may put a damper on that.

Saw a post by raoul talking about how smart of a voter he happens to be, with all the research he does on candidates, but yet he voted for Bernie and other pro-Commie candidates. What a meathead raoul has become, and probably always has been. Even greed probably has a higher IQ with that 6tb grade education.

Both really talented artists whom I was with last month. Done two records with Kenny, and Ledisi is brilliant and so cool as a person. Quality R&B, just like quality rap, is really having a difficult time recently, but this one lives up to the standards. The first time they performed it together was about a month ago at the Grammy Museum for a very limited audience (about 150 people), and it was magical live:
