So since you deplorables refuse to police your own, this board will continue to be shit for another seven days starting today.

Crispy Lips continues to ruin the board. This morning, he started three more threads of Fox News articles. Like always, they get no engagement and clog up the board with redundancy just like dherd used to do.

So since you deplorables can't police your own, you'll get 7 more days of random board-filling posts. Those of you morons who think blocking me helps are clueless: there is a reason why, outside of posts from wv-fan, Crispy Lips, E.T., and me, this place has been dead. It's all a fallout of you morons not being able to how to properly act on here.

So to start a new season with a "W" is always better than the alternative... Here are some of the good, the bad, and the ugly observations from last night's win.

Editor's Note: Stony Brook is probably the worst Division I team in the county (FBS or FCS). They looked like a 4A high school squad.

The Good --
• We dominated the line of scrimmage, especially on the defensive line. Played well against the run, got pressure, moved guys around all night.
• Tuner showed what he can do as a lead back... He's our fastest RB and we are going to need him to grow into "the guy."
• WR by committee worked... Metcalf is a very nice addition. He's that kind of security blanket slot guy that QBs love.
• QB play wasn't an issue... 3 played, all did some good things, but the caliber of opponent makes it hard to assess.
• We protected the ball and did well in field position all night.
• Verhoff made a FG longer than 40 yards and Totten bombed it through the end zone consistently.

The Bad --
• Yet another slow start... It didn't matter that we did next to nothing in the first half against Stony Brook. It will matter against equal or better opponents.
• Mother Nature... It wasn't exactly raucous before the lightning, but afterward it was like watching a football game at a funeral. (Not anyone's fault)
• Secondary play... They weren't necessarily bad, but they remain untested. Stony Brook's passing game was awful and so was their offensive line.

The Ugly --
• The two-color tarps... Rain... New prison fencing around the stadium (I mean "expanded concourse")

Overall, take the win and start getting ready for next week... No one is going to ask me, but I would probably start Braxton. He looked healthy, fast, and he wasn't afraid to let it go down the field.

According to ABC News, Ukraine is now launching major attacks inside Russia. The timing of this certainly is interesting considering just less than a week ago Ukraine got it's first batch of American-made F16's.

Israel's assassination of that Hamas leader feels like they're just baiting Iran into retaliating & dragging us into war. Given the recent moves by Washington, it feels like we're moving in that direction. Which is also what it feels like will almost certainly happen with one of the F16's given what Ukraine is now doing.

Where was he last night? Didn’t see him on the sideline either.

I fully support the right to protest but there's a point where throwing rotten fruit at protestors should be allowed. Breaking out the accordion counts as one of those points...

Literally the worst presidential candidate in my lifetime and I’m 55. Trump is literally the only candidate she can beat. Any GOP candidate including Hayley, or Desantis or anybody else would be able to completely dominate this race because of the horrible candidate that she is. Outside of the blue states that would vote for a tree stump if it had a D by its name, the republican candidate would win a Reagan Mondale type of victory.
