The Montreal Alouettes held an intrasquad scrimmage yesterday that was open to the public. I have not been able to find any stats on Cato but here are a few pics from yesterday...

Throwing a pick 6 to finish the game does not sound good. All he's done in offseason play is throw picks.

I'm sure he is adjusting to the speed of the game at that level. He has always made risky throws but had the talent to squeeze them in. Now, the DBs are a step or two quicker.

I saw where one has been hurt already and it wasn't the 176 pounder.

I hope he is getting the reps that he needs to show what he can do. Looks as if Dan LeFevour is now running the 2s. Really hope Cato doesn't get pushed to the side.

one got hurt, but as @bgr30 mentioned lefevour is back practicing after being out injury, and running with the 2nd team.

The series that Cato threw the INT on was the only series of the scrimmage he played from the article I read.. The article also said it didn't seem to be a bad throw more of just a great defensive play. I'll see if I can find that article again.
