Best place to move if you want to get away from this madness is probably Clay County, WV. If you can afford more, then probably Northern Idaho or the mountains/woods of western North Carolina. Just avoid going to Asheville because that's quickly turning into a crime ridden, homosexual metropolis, all due to woke policies.

Looking around it looks like it’s never been decided in court. I think a plain text interpretation is that if you’re 35 by Election Day you’re eligible, but I could see it being challenged.
