an investigation finds that the sitting president of the u.s. conspired with a foreign power west bumfunk to win the u.s. presidency, and that he is currently under the influence of that foreign govt.

what do you do?

as a practical matter what happens next.

do you arrest him, do you begin impeachment, do you withhold the information from the public
with knowledge of an upcoming u.s. election.

if you put out the information does it do more harm than good relative to domestic security and
foreign allies, what about the financial markets, the banking system would the entire society and
world order be thrown into chaos?

might it not be better to just keep the findings secret, might that not actually be the best course of action for the good of the country. particularly knowing the opposition party has control of one branch
