I am a WVU fan, I have NEVER once said I wasn't. I am also in fact a Marshall grad. I am not really sure why that seems to be such an issue. I have openly admitted it multiple times.

And just so I am clear- is there a smack board? Every team in the country has one, but it seems like Marshall doesn't. I don't really need one because I don't care to talk smack other than when fans of Marshall AND wvu act like spoiled candy asses. I will call out both sides. But if there is not a smack board, how is it possible to call a spade a spade?

One more thing- I have NEVER been given a time out or suspension, it has only been a full time boot, which is BS. That's probably more than anything what I don't understand- how is smack a full time ban but attacking someone personally (which I have never done) is a temporary time out? Answer that please

Now, you've shown yourself to be a reasonable poster over the past few weeks and you haven't received a boot or TO - right? Right.

We don't have a smack board any longer. The previous board owner had it removed and since WVU and MU no longer play in bball or football, I never saw much need to bring it back.

Pullman Square is the off-topic board (a ton of WVU fans post there) so if you feel the need talk smack, do it there.

Yes I am not arguing with the policy, I was saying that it's now clarified that it's perma ban for it vs. temp timeout for other things. I have no issue with the policy itself, just never understood why one thing was better/worse/more tolerated than another. Such as personal attacks vs. smack talk.

I have never had a problem with thick skin.. it has always been the mods who didn't agree with something. I actually got booted by a mod who I guess is no longer a mod, simply because he was personally butthurt.

So in response to your "Ill be watching"... that's nice, but dont put "ill be watching" and 'have some thick skin' in the same post if you are the one who is going to get offended because of what I say, and hence not having thick skin as a mod. I can take it if you can brother

There is nothing gayer than liking your own posts... that being said I 100% promise you I did not do that. I logged on and it said that. So either a moderator is somehow doing it or my system had a glitch. It doesn't even give me the option to 'unlike' it. I dont know if that is a thing or not. In fact, the other posts I have don't even give me the option to like my own posts, it just says that I liked them. You can believe that or not, but it's the truth.

I am taking the liberty of comparing Rifles antics to our current campaign against terrorism in trying to keep an attack from occurring on our home soil. What a herculean task it must be to defend an enemy whose sole purpose for existing involves the 24x7 thought process of coming up with a vulnerability in our defense systems that will allow the jihadists to scream Allah akbar!! as they blow up Americans, the more, the better. Maybe instead of Coach Stowers, he should be called General Stowers?
