Came across an old guy selling this shirt a few months ago. Sent a picture of it to an old DC friend who used to be Michelle Obama's personal assistant. She screenshotted Michelle's text response and sent it back to me. Michelle had never seen it, but one of the Obama daughters claimed she had shown them the t-shirt last year:

I had a buddy who was on our company softball team back in the 90s that could grow a beard as good as Michael Obama.
