Game Day Parking for Football

If you buy a 3rd Ave Garage Pass (+Big Green contribution), do you still run the risk of the garage being full since they say there are no reserved spots (1st come, 1st served) or do they sell the exact # of passes as there are spots? I have always parked in the United Way lot on 3rd ave but UW says their ability to use that lot this coming season is up in the air right now. TIA

I've had a garage pass for years and have never had a problem. The only thing is if you're running late you'll end up parking on the 4th or 5th floors.
