It's always good to get a bye, but playing an opening game like tonight where we can gain some momentum, get plenty of good shots off while our next opponent isn't, and knock off some of the funk we played with in the last few weeks of the season...I like not getting the bye.

Although, if we can win a dog fight vs ODU, we might start to lose our legs in game 3.

Not many big men can work within the game DD runs. Those few that can are not coming to Marshall unless grades are so bad or they are a bad head case. I would take the grades guy but no head case. The grades guy would be few and far btwn. Someone going to be big and that good is being prepped from a young age and will have enough smarts and intellegence (at least enough to get to a top school) to not fall to us. Don't see a big man coming.

I'm officially the "bad luck guy" when it comes to Marshall Basketball. Every damn time I start to get excited about them winning, they turn to shit. Every. Single. Time.
