Also there’s the whole “direct democracy” vs “representative democracy” thing too. We’re a representative democracy and that eliminates including citizens in the day today decision making of the government.

But you didn’t answer the second part of the question…how are these entities making sure there’s always going to be a variant? Take Omicron for example…did the media, Gubmint, and CDC (they) go to Africa or Europe and plant the virus variant in order to assure there’s always going to be one?

Here’s the issue for me - it has now been conclusively proven that the vaccine does not stop the virus or even stem it’s spread. This is proven by the fact that the most vaccinated countries around the world, and most vaccinated states here in the US, do not have markedly lower case rates than those at the other end of the spectrum.

If the vaccine does not stop the virus or its spread, the only benefit becomes the individual benefit of being less likely to die if you get it, why are governments so hellbent on forcing everyone to get it? We all make 1000s of decisions each year that impact our personal well being. I can go jump off a cliff tomorrow in a flying squirrel suit and hope I can glide to the ground and not die. I can go buy a gallon of bourbon and drink until I pass out and hope I don’t die from alcohol poisoning. If I’m free to play a role in my personal safety concerning countless decisions why is this one circumstance being mandated?

That’s where the conspiracy theories gain traction. No one, the administration, the CDC, the WHO, the NIH, etc has ever honestly addressed that glaring, obvious reality. Instead they have shifted, spun, or ignored the issue. Why has Fauci consistently upped the required percentage for herd immunity? Why does he stay stupid stuff like 10,000 cases a day is the threshold we have to meet when that is ridiculously below even endemic levels, let alone pandemic levels?

One can only surmise that they simply don’t want these to end. That leads to why and the conspiracy theories. Is it because Pzifer is a major funder of the CDC and most MSM (and a bunch of Congressmen)? Pay attention to how many news segments start off with “sponsored by Pzifer”, it was something I never paid attention to until I heard Russell Brand point it out. I've given you answers. They are short because I am not writing a thesis on this forum. There is power and money to be made. There is control that goes along with that. As for Fauci, they are obviously covering up his and the CDC's involvement in that lab.

I have explained to you what certain political types would do if they could and they would. You don't think they would do what Germany or Australia are doing if they could? From local, to state, to the feds some of them certainly would. You ask how do they gain? Govt becomes your lifeline and then they control you.

I will share this with you. A rural county received $19 million in Covid relief money(around 100k population). One county, in one state. Now what do you think let's say Mecklenburg County NC got? Fulton County, GA? Cook County, IL? Now where does that go? Why the hell are there still mask mandates in some places?
