That being said, you appear to have run a non union shop. I have no issue with that but, you are being a hypocrite. I am sure you didn't offer union or prevailing wage and benefits. I bet you did not have specific job duties written and honored in a contract. I am not sure of the working conditions, pension, or time off. I bet you did not offer positions based on seniority.
