Is this all because the governor of Florida is a REPUBLICAN? Or, is Walt Disney Company really that concerned about the LGBTQ community? If they are, are they only concerned about the fags in Florida?

Help me understand all of this, because I'm seeing and reading where that very same Walt Disney Company is expanding its popular Disney Plus programming into 42 more countries this summer, including several countries where being a fag is against the law, and the punishment is death. Are they cancelling moving forward into places like Saudi Arabia? Or, is this just another faux outrage by a few woke Low-T clowns?

Just read where DeSantos is taking away their special setup they have in Disney World, one that I wasn't even aware they have. They're kind of their own governing body, and the great Governor is going to pull that, and put them under control of Orange County. They may pull this stuff in California, but not down South.

Really? Half their audience at least do not support how far they have gone with their woke crap. Hell, even most Democrats support the Florida bill. Disney is playing the wrong card here. It doesn’t matter if the bill is good or bad. If their bean counters determined that they’ll lose more business coming out against it than staying silent, which they were taking heat for, then they would’ve stayed silent. And they’ve got real good bean counters.

Maybe the self rule thing will cost them, I have no idea what that ever entailed or how they worked out that sort of agreement in the first place. It’s probably something that should’ve ended anyway.

I said it was a smart business move, not that I agree with it. In general I don’t think corporations should be allowed to spend like they do to push legislation through, even if I agree with it.

In this case specifically I don’t know what exactly the bill is covering. There are age appropriate conversations to have with kids, like “some families have two dads, or just a mom, or…” If some teachers in FL were pushing much past that on 2nd graders then maybe this was necessary, although my gut feeling is that, similar to the manufactured controversies with CRT, they’re inventing a problem then solving it.
