I was proud of chase and the rest of the boys on the offensive side of the ball. Defense played decently in the second half too. The herd showed they could sweep through usa. something they must do to win 10 games. Of course im counting a bowl win

The Herd got too far behind in the first half. They never quit (just like they didn't quit during the Louisville loss)......I bet folks (around the nation) looked at the score in Sunday's newspaper....and said...."Marshall got an ass kickin' again." Not the case at all.
Conference play will put The HERD against CUSA like-athletes and Marshall MUST start a winning streak. So Miss will be difficult at The ROCK, however, we have MTSU & WKU at The JOAN.
It will be interesting to see if difficult losses to the Cardinals & Panthers helps our young team grow up quickly. That Akron lost may come back to hurt our Bowl bids.
