The court is apparantly writing an opinion that Roe V Wade was judicially wrong and should be kicked back to the elected reprsentatives of the people in each state. They are possibly writing the draft opinion now and states that Roe v Wade was legally wrong and has caused deep division on the country and was not based on sound legal merit. They are writing that is not a federal issue and not founded in the Constitution of the United States and is a state matter for elected reprseentatives to decide in each state.
