No, it should be legal because women should have a choice as to whether to carry a pregnancy to term or not. The very low risk of abortion certainly isn’t an argument to make it illegal though.
Do you believe it should be an unlimited right? Or do you believe there should be some limits in place?
And by the way how did this get leaked? A little lost in the bombshell nature of the case is the fact that this has never, ever happened before. Insane on many levels.

Probable viability, but only if abortions are kept simple to obtain. In states that make you jump through hoops and restrict sites from performing them I can’t agree to any limits until those problems are fixed.
But by whom? I would think that you’d get a bigger and better timed firestorm if you let it just come out later. And I doubt you’re going to actually flip a Justice.
There is an election coming up. Your side will use this now. Look at what they are going to do. There is already talk of ramrodding a federal abortion law in Congress.
Oh absolutely and they should ramrod one through but I don’t think it coming out now, like this, actually helps any more than it coming in June. I think the buildup then reveal would’ve fired people up a lot more than this leak will.

The point of viability has improving over the last several years. Do you believe it is now wrong to have an abortion a x weeks, but okay with it five years ago because the child was not considered viable?
I personally think it’s ok until its born but if people want to say “until it can survive on its own outside the womb” I can live with that. As long as it’s easy to access.
