Semi-automatic rifles able to accept detachable magazines and two or more of the following:
Folding or telescoping stock
Pistol grip
Bayonet mount
Flash suppressor, or threaded barrel

now, go get your Grand Dad's 1961 Model 44 Ruger rifle out of the gun cabinet. remove the wooden stock and add an adjustable plastic/synthetic stock with a pistol grip. you now have an "assault rifle"...

Drone attacks are part of how we've been waging this war. You kill 10 people with the drone attack, 3 terrorist masterminds along with 7 unfortunates = 70 family members who now hate us more than ever. Over the long haul, more harm than good is done. JMHO. As I said before, tell the Arabs they have to do not only more, but most in this war, or we go home and they have to deal with it anyway.

not one domestic terrorist attack has been committed by a foreign terrorist organization. In the same time frame, however, there have been 26 deadly domestic terrorist attacks perpetrated by homegrown terrorists.
