My electric bill went from 275 to 405. AEP Sent letters out saying our that they were eliminating 4 or 5 surcharges. I quess next month I wlll see a smaller bill. Now that is unless we have a very bad Febuary. I cant complain with alot of people paying 750 to 1000.Come down next month
