Seriously? She stabbed all 5 of her kids and her husband. Luckily one lived. She stabbed a 2 yo and a 4 yo. She just needs a quick conviction and put to death, that's the only way she won't be a threat to others.

I don't think her immigration status has anything to do with what happened.

Her courtroom actions hint at a serious mental illness. And I know you utlra-rights won't agree, but if she is indeed criminally insane and found so by a court, I actually hope she is committed here in the USA...so she can't go back to wherever, have more kids, and do this again. I'll gladly chip in my tax dollars for that.
