Have you lost faith in your party?? With all the clowns that have attached themselves to a once proud party, how can one keep faith in them. I mean they ran a good man in John Boehner out of Washington, Donald Trump is the face and your best candidate is an Uncle Tom Brain surgeon who went to church probably in Pendleton County to learn his Christian beliefs.

Serious reply.....

Do you simply "lose faith" in the Herd when a WVU fan mocks the accomplishments of its team, players, coaches??

Comparing to unrelated situations together to fix an outcome that is irrelevant.

That's the republican way

It's called an analogy. Analogies are not intended to "fix" an outcome.

(For the record, you don't seem to be alone. Uneducated hilljack Eer fans also become confused by such insightful communication.)

And like a typical republican. Instead of just answering the question, they run around it with BS

So you are saying you haven't lost faith in the Circus called the Republican party??

So you are saying you haven't lost faith in the Circus called the Republican party??

I am ready to see the field of candidates be reduced. With that said, I don't agree with your premise that it is a circus.

Should the political process and parties not have varying ideas, philosophies, personalities, races, genders and backgrounds? Appears to me that the Republican Party is demonstrating the exact opposite of what dems have been portraying them to be for quite some time.

Leave it to someone who has the mental capacity of a chimp to suggest something to be a circus.

I lost faith the Republican party years ago. They've capitulated to such a degree that they're almost as worthless as the Democrats. Almost.

I don't put complete faith in any politician. The alternative is staying home and not participating in my civic responsibility.

Raliegh, I agree 100%. I used to mock independents but after watching elected members of the GOP party not govern by the conservative principles they say they support - & watching the left break law after law & do whatever they want while their supporters refuse to hold them to any accountability, it's the hardliners that deserve to be mocked.

I actually think mocking the moderate is the way to go. IMO Moderates are generally closet liberals in most cases. They will generally focus on the words of politicians that promise fairness. They vote on feelings and choose the promise of hope over substance. That's not to say that I think any politician will actually fully deliver anything of substance. Politicians are mirrors of the blind masses. Will happily feed the mobs whatever ignorance (in varying degrees) that are demanded.

The Republican Party isn't worth a shi*. The Democrat Party is even worse than that.

That sums it up. This country is hosed. Looked at all these clowns in DC and even state and local government.

Clowns. Incompetent. Fraud, Waste, and Abuse. Honestly, many of them should be hung from a tree.

In before the race card is played.
Speaking of Democrats always playing the victim card, Hillary Clinton's accusations that Bernie Sanders is a sexist are pure bullshit. And I'm not a Sanders' supporter. Even though he's said some pretty crazy shit about women in the past, I hardly think he qualifies as a sexist. Criticize Obama's policies, you're a racist. Criticize Hillary's positions, you're a sexist. Par for the course, I guess.

Speaking of Democrats always playing the victim card, .
Both sides play the victim card, Republicans are just better at pointing their finger at the Democrats and calling them out over playing the victim card, only to immediately turn around and play the victim card themselves.

You have suggested this before. What are some examples? I would ask Fever but is reply wouldn't be coherent.

I thought the "Liberal" Media rant was a little whiny......But it played well in Republican focus groups including moderates. The questions to Trump were just like the questions shot at him in previous debates.....Hell, I thought the Fox debate had some of the worst questions yet.

The Rubio-Bush exchange was really bad for Jeb.....Looks like he's done.

All in all, I thought it was a very good night for the GOP.

Playing the "media is out to get us" card after claiming the Liberals are playing the victim card.
After watching the debate last night, I suddenly found myself to be poor with a very bleak outlook on life, I need the government to save me. ;)

I think the party stinks, but I actually like the field of candidates for POTUS. I think there are some candidates this time. Much better than McCain, Romney, etc.

Playing the "media is out to get us" card after claiming the Liberals are playing the victim card.

Just wondering...Is it whining when countless "news" outlets use the same talking points, in an attempt to mock the candidates in order to influence public opinion instead of simply reporting the news?

Please.......News?

No such thing anymore. It's just cheap entertainment and all about ratings, clicks, views, etc.

FoxNews, MSNBC, CNN, TMZ, Rolling Stone, Huffington Post, etc........Hell , Jon Stewart was giving us more accurate and unbiased news on a freaking comedy channel than any of those.

You want facts and news, watch the Weather Channel.

And yet you only seem to have the ability to copy the cheap entertainment they write as if it's your own idea or analysis. You are making my point for me. Thanks.

What???

Because I used the phrase "Clown Car"? You have no idea what you are talking about.

You're a perfect example of the problems facing the Republican Party. Right wingers and Tea Baggers alienate everyone in the party who doesn't agree with their craziness. Try to make moderate and compromise dirty words.

Clown car? Circus? Every article I linked to refers to the GOP "circus", clown car, etc.

Yep...you're original and open minded. Lol.

Wow! Those entertainment "news" sites are really getting under your skin.

Try and remember why they are even being discussed as "entertainment" in this thread...that was YOUR point.

What's wrong? Unable to understand your original post to mock the articles made you look like a bigger clown than the copycat journalist unoriginal articles?

What he said.
I could only imagine how the Republicans would have freaked out had Howard Dean been a Republican and his scream was broadcasted 32,000 times over the following three days or if Kerry were a Republican and the media replayed his "stuck in Iraq" statement over and over again.

ask a republican presidential candidate a question during a debate
and they all want to take their ball and go home.

i left the republican party in. 1996 after i realized they are for the
super rich at the expense of everyone else, that they lie about
EVERYTHING, that everything they touch becomes corrupted,
and they cannot run the country.

You just keep proving my point from above.

Unfortunately it's the loudmouth Tea Baggers that would rather alienate the moderate part of the Republican Party than actually win.

This is correct.

What was your point? That you simply repeat, as fact, what a liberal media outlets writes, while also trying to suggest they are not influential and "entertainment" only? You talk out of both sides of your ass. You are contradicting yourself.

MODERATES RUN THE GOP. Lets remember...... Romney (who was as moderate as a republican can get) WON the moderate/ independent vote during the last Pres. election and still got crushed. Face it. Tea baggers don't run the party. There is nothing truly "conservative" about the GOP leadership in Washington DC (which is why conservatives didn't turn out and vote for Romney). Moderates may talk about obstruction........but Obummer has gotten everything he has really wanted thanks to moderates running the party. If the GOP spent more time focused on winning and less time giving up positions based on mythical moderate strategies that actually lose elections (like Romney and McCain) by caving on most issues; they may actually win.

Blaming Tea baggers is a lazy excuse for being loser moderates. Lets remember what created the "Tea Party"............FISCAL Conservatives. Fought Fed Reserve bailouts, Fought Tax Increases, Fought Debt Increases (which keep happening--thank you moderates). Fought increased Govt wasteful spending. Tea party was not created due to social issues which moderates now use as an excuse for their wishy-washy performance. The media has happily painted that myth (which gullible "moderate" types, such as yourself seem to suck up and regurgitate). It further confuses those that pay little attention to much other than what the "entertaining" media tells them.

Lets also remember what actually influenced the landslide Republican office takeovers around the country during the last non presidential election a couple years ago......Fiscal Conservative promises and campaigns based on reforming and reducing the growth of govts both Fed and States. The fact that those promises all appear to be bullshit now, with the exact opposite now being done, is what will continue to win "moderate" favor, but lose the big elections.

The republican party has done more damage to the United States in the last 30 years than al queda and isis could dream of.

Wow. Two examples from the last 12-15 years. Amazing effort 06. LOL. Definite " Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" stuff there for sure.
