I assume by spending you are concerned about the national debt. If so, if trump gets his tax package through, the debt will go up a lot. At a time when the economy is not doing poorly and with no need for stimulus.

No, it isn't. It shows that every time there's a recession there is a spike in part time workers and the # of part time workers are decreasing at about the same rate as under other presidencies even though this one was the worst recession since the Great Depression.
