I’m not sure you should be celebrating a defamation suit being dismissed on 1st amendment grounds against a porn star. (Can you even defame a porn star?) Defamation suits are notoriously difficult to win. But the fact that Trump’s “con job” tweet didn’t prove libelous, doesn’t mean the president didn’t pay hush money to keep Stormy quiet. In fact, that suit still stands. You might reserve your end zone dance pending outcome of it.
Personally, I couldn’t care less if Trump used the services of this woman...consenting adults and all. It’s a non issue to me and is between the president and his wife. But if you are using this as a blanket dismissal of all the allegations against the president involving this woman you’re terribly naive.
