These damn judges stepping in on executive branch authority are scary

This isn't about the EPA.

From what I have read, it largely is the exact same thing. Washington state is arguing economic harm. Tech companies hire a lot of foreigners.

Constitutionality, Trump said he would favor one religion over another. That's a big no-no. I do like how the suit uses Trump's campaign words against him: if you say you are going to ban all Muslims, don't be surprised when someone believes it. I'm pretty sure that EPA lawsuit did the same with Obama and his words on coal.

And,I am a huge states rights guy.

Before the Supreme Court decided it, how did you feel about states that legalized gay marriage?

How do you feel about states legalizing pot?

Can a state legalize abortion up until the second before the baby pops out? Is that OK?

What if a state made Spanish it's second official language?

Well, we need to screen their employees. A 90 day moratorium and screening process is harmful? BS. This is about politics.

And since when do states get involved in immigration policy. Half these damn states won't even report criminals to the feds. But, now they want to sue?
F Them

Bullshit your not a states right guy or you would want the department of education eliminated like the rest of us republicans.

Not a states rights guy? Not sure if you are new around her. I have argued for the South and their rights when they split off.

Dep of Education? Useless IMO and just another out of control bureaucracy.

They have been screened. You can't just get a work visa or green card from those places already.

Is it also politics the most dangerous country was not included?

So you would feel better if we added more countries? I am all for that.

Trump wants a better screening process.

Yep agree

These people on here rooting for the judges are OK with turning America into a country without modern plumbing if that's what it takes to have gay parades, hippies, dope, and pretty much anything not willing to work for a living.

Damn right.

But they would be the first to bitch if a group of Syrian refugees piled into their neighborhoods, schools, and communities.

How can a 'judge' over rule a President? A Law to screen people from dangerous countries, so if one of these turds are a terrorist and kill Americans can they arrest the judge and get him on complicity in the murders? since he allowed them in.

If more of our citizens die because of the weakness of this judge, he should be housed at one of the many detainment facilities the CIA runs.

Have him eat chow with the low lifes for 25 years for knowingly endangering the homeland.

Elections invalidate the Constitution and judicial review?
No you are saying there are not people that agree with me. There are plenty of people that agree with me including legal professionals. I stated there are plenty of people that agree with me and there are.

I am not trying to be EG here, but seriously if there are legal professionals that believe EOs are not subjective to judicial review then cite them. We can debate the decision (I am not even sure it is correct, but I see where it comes from), but that point is not and never has been in contention since the 19th Century.

Damn right that did and that is what is dangerous about this.

Let's say we have a national emergency or threat. Trump needs to send in troops in a contingency force(think 82nd airborne, special ops, Marine unit, etc.) and some damn limp wristed judge somewhere stops it.

That's the thing about it. When I voted for a loser, I didn't think it was my place to tell the winners what to do. They won.

This time they lost. They seem to have a hard time accepting it. Too damn bad. Just boo the TV screen like I did the last 8 years.
