One blowing smoking up the Iranians ass and thanking them. Meanwhile the Iranians did not abide by international agreements by one taking them and two using them as propaganda. Kerry and Obama's men go on praising them instead of calling it for what it was, a violation of international law.
Obama is a pussy. The Iranians took these vessels in order to make propaganda. I don't think Obama himself has even commented. The Iranians were not helping they were out to do what they did which was embarrass our country. They know we have a weak kneed leader.

The question with the video is more one of letter of the law vs spirit of the law. By the letter, the video should not have been disseminated. By spirit, I do not feel it particularly humiliated anyone, and served more as news reporting than outright propaganda. Remember, it wasn't long ago Iran was actually parading captured British sailors before their leadership and the public. We also often videotape the taking of POWs, and have indeed released video of this (especially in the first Gulf War) to show just how humain we are. Embedded media also did this, and let's be real they are there for propaganda.
I could not care less they had the female sailor wear a hijab. Their country, their religion. To them that actually preserved her dignity.

You really don't understand the job of SecState. Iran just showed behavior about 100 times better than in their very recent past. It would be beyond stupid to not throw them a bone and give them a little praise for doing something half-way right for once. As I have said to you more than once, we can always bomb a country if we have to, war is expensive and diplomacy is cheap. Give it a shot. The sanctions and low price of oil have almost destroyed Iran; if you really want regime collapse, you might want to consider what the new options will be, and with Islam you have a 50/50 chance of it being worse, not better.
