Well, I am from WV.
The concept of the "West Virginian Democrat" is very real.
Spare us the faux outrage, you illogical fool.
Yehhh...Don't like the rich man, union or worker oriented, and for FDR and Boby Byrd. Oh and they liked Democrats with balls like Harry S Truman.
Now the Democrat Party is the party of bums, leeches, pinkos, weirdos, freaks, commies, and downright circus freaks. Oh and Gun Grabbers which doesn't sit well in WV.
The Democrat Party sold out on my people. I left it long ago(well I never was a registered Democrat) because I could see it coming. My grandparents would be ashamed. One of the hardest things I ever had to do was tell my grandparents I registered Republican.
stuff
Awesome. You get to replay some wvu smack board rhetoric.
I am certain I would not. I just took a big step down when I bought a home. Nothing fancy, back to the basics, putting cash away to build in five years.
I would also bet I own more land than you, and that is land with productive mineral rights.
Anyway, all of that is beside the point: you are a fool that knows nothing about me.
I know you think you are smarter than you are. I know you make racist and homophobic comments. I know I kind of feel sorry for you, you get so up tight and upset that you lash out and insult all WVians (you do see that that is silly don't you?)n a silly message board argument......you are proud of your "past two apartments"? It's also kind of strange you divulging what you just bought and that you are saving in an anonymous forum. Anyway, good luck saving jr. and good luck with those mineral rights, sounds like you have some financial catching up to do and I hope that works out. I almost feel bad kicking you around but as I read back through thread you were pretty belligerent so I'll just move on and wish you well without feeling bad.

Yeah, that poll has a lot of credibility. Gerald Ford was absolutely the worst President we had post-WWII.
I can honestly say I've never heard anyone say that about Ford, ever. He was far from a good POTUS but not the worst in that time span.Yeah, that poll has a lot of credibility. Gerald Ford was absolutely the worst President we had post-WWII.
This thread just got interesting. I'm about to leave a closing but some of these are worth addressing later. Just curious, where would you put Carter & Obama? I've actually defended Obama to a degree as to whether he deserves to be at the top of the list but given you're the first person I've heard name Ford, I'm curious where you would put these two?Here are some reasons why Ford was the worst President we had post-WWII (and he did all this in a little more than two years in office):
1) Ford pardoned Nixon;
2) He reneged on our promise to support South Vietnam in case North Vietnam reneged on the Paris Peace Accords, and therefore presided over the collapse of South Vietnam;
3) Allowed the genocide of Pol Pot to take place in Cambodia;
4) Presided over (at that time) the worst U.S. economy since the Great Depression;
5) Had the highest percentage of vetoes overriden by Congress since Andrew Johnson;
6) The Mayaguez Incident that made Bengazhi look like a picnic.
On side notes, Charleston native Sara Jane Moore gained infamy in her failed assassination attempt on Ford. Also, First Lady Betty Ford brought forth to the American public the issue of of alcohol and drug addiction and various ways to treat those suffering from those problems (such as through programs initially offered by the now name Betty Ford Clinic).

I have pretty strong opinions about things that occurred under Obama's DoJ (among many, many other things). I don't think he's unseated Carter though - a guy regarded on both sides as a decent person but just an absolutely terrible President.Do you really need to ask?
The "pardoning" of Nixon alone is lol material. Obama makes Nixon look like a girl scout when it comes to skirting the law. There are some other pretty funny one's too.
Still doesn't mean Obama doesn't suck!!!!
LMAO always comparing Obama to someone else. He still sucks!
Obama / Bush
Obamacare / 911
Pulling troops out of Iraq leading to the creation of ISIS / Sent troops to wrong country
Benghazi / Abu Ghraib
Military cuts to historic lows / Aided by the republicans with the sequester
Largest refugee crisis since WW2 largely created by the void he left in Iraq and the creation of ISIS / Left Afghanistan to chase non existent wmds
Shrinking of the middle class / The Great Recession
Iran Nuke Deal / Katrina, Patriot Act, failed at Iran Nuke Deal
An Obsession with thwarting the 2nd Amendment and failing at that even / Obsessed with Saddam Hussein, but not with bin laden
Allies trust in us severely weakened and damaged<<<<<<PURE FICTION
Frankly the world is worse off since he became President and the mess he has created with his head buried in the sand is going to hurt this country for decades if not generations. / Except we are no longer in the Bush Great Recession, less military personnel are being killed, 8x more jobs have been created, more people with health insurance, slower rise in healthcare premiums, and killed osama bin laden. Obama will totally destroy Bush in historical rankings as president. Even now, the American Political Science Association, the premier organization of experts of the American presidency, rank Obama at #18 and Bush at #35.

And I keep seeing idiots on social media try to justify Obama's presidency by comparing it to Bush - as if Bush is the gold standard. Considering I didn't vote for Bush either time, not only is the argument lost on me, it shows me how insane the left has become in trying to justify Obama's time in office.
Kind of surprised Obama gets a pass from the left on the number of innocent people killed in drone strikes on his watch. According to leaked docs, during one five month period, Obama murdered innocent civilians 90% of the time. 90%. And the changes he pushed for in reclassifying what constitutes a "civilian" gave him greater cover when killing innocent bystanders.
From what I read both parties wanted Nixon pardoned as to not tarnish the reputation of the office.

Obama ranks right up there.
