Ukraine - Would You Support the US Giving Newer Weapons to Communist Countries If They Support The War?

Totally hypothetical question that, in no way would be something the US would even consider, but would you support the US giving newer weapons to Communist countries if those same countries would be willing to donate their older military equipment to the effort in Ukraine?

And again, I know this is an idea that is in no way being seriously considered by the Biden administration, but I'm just curious the board's thoughts.

Right now we've offered a number of socialist countries newer weapons if they give Ukraine their Russian made weapons. Which by itself is batshit insane. Something tells me we're not just offering it to socialist countries as a means of trying to curry favor against Russia.
