virus on pullman?

I am no expert, but, I updated adobe player two days ago.
I am always getting thrown from Pullman to an adobe download page.
I usually just close the window, but a few times I have started the download,
every time i do my anti virus program (AVG) quarantines the file when I select run.

for whatever that's worth - there it is.

what browser are you using? does it give you the same issue if you try a different one? chrome seems to getting a lot of flash errors lately
