You can't advance a muffed punt

I'm new to this message board, I've been with the Herd since the sixties, after posting a comment on why you would try to advance a muffed punt and seeing the harsh comments from people who don't know the rules, I'll just bow out of this commenting thing. I'm thru. Some people are not fans, just uninformed
