My challenge to anyone still behind Doc

I don't think he did. The hit was vicious but kids take those kinds of hits every game and have to bounce back. I don't think Chase is mentally tough and I wonder about his ability to handle all the duties of the top notch QB - more on the mental side more than physical.

Doc should have kept Birdsong in the program last season.

Birdsong wanted to be a starting QB and transferred down to FCS to be a starter.

Honest question, do you regard a victory in one of today's countless bowl games over a conference title and potential playoff ranking?

In my opinion, bowl victories are nice, and I think they show what Doc/Legg are capable of when they have weeks to prepare for a single game. The problem is, they don't get that kind of time during the season to prep and it shows.
