It's time for a New York Post Alert: 45 lawmakers sound alarm on Pedo-Joe's decline as cognitive struggles in private meetings exposed

Pedo-Joe’s cognitive decline has become obvious and concerning to several high-ranking congressional lawmakers, according to a bombshell new report — which describes how the 81-year-old commander-in-chief increasingly relies on cheat sheets in meetings and at times has closed his eyes for so long that people wondered if he had drifted off.

Some of the more than 45 Republican and Democratic lawmakers and staffers interviewed by the Wall Street Journal also described a president who spoke so softly during meetings that participants struggled to understand him.

Others noted that Pedo-Joe's demeanor and grasp of policy details varied by the day and he frequently relied on notes and deferred to aides during conferences.

You couldn’t be there and not feel uncomfortable,” one person, who met with the president during critical negotiations over congressional funding for Ukraine aid in January, told the outlet.

“I’ll just say that.”

Others in attendance recalled that it took Pedo-Joe about 10 minutes from when he entered the room to get the meeting started, and when he did, he used note cards to make obvious points that everyone was already in agreement with and participants could barely hear him.

“Much of the conversation didn’t include him,” the report states, noting that the president asked his staffers to answer some questions posed directly to him.

In a February follow-up with House Speaker Mike Johnson, the Louisiana Republican expressed his concern to the president over the administration’s liquid natural gas export policy — fearing it was benefiting Russia.

Pedo-Joe didn’t seem to know the policy was actually in effect and falsely claimed it was “only a study,” according to the report.

The exchange “dismayed” Johnson, according to individuals who witnessed it.

Pedo-Joe would “ramble” and mumble, and his ability to command the room varied from day to day during tense negotiations over raising the debt ceiling last May, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) recalled.

“He always had cards,” McCarthy said, referring to Biden’s dependence on notes. “He couldn’t negotiate another way.

“I used to meet with him when he was vice president. I’d go to his house. He’s not the same person,” he added.

In follow-up calls with Pedo-Joe, lawmakers tasked by McCarthy to hammer out the details of the debt ceiling plan struggled to get the president to make the final call on key points.

Their conversations with the president were frustratingly “general,” and Pedo-Joe would only express “optimism about working things out.”

“He was going back to all the old stuff that had been done for a long time,” McCarthy told the Wall Street Journal about the excruciating final stages of the negotiations, suggesting that Pedo-Joe seemed to have forgotten how far along the White House and Congress were on getting a deal done.

“And he was shocked when I’d say: ‘No, Mr. President. We talked about that meetings ago. We are done with that,'” he recalled.

A senior GOP aide told The Post that the alarming allegations in the report are why the Justice Department has refused to release tapes of Pedo-Joe’s interview with former special counsel Robert Hur in the classified documents investigation.

“Behind closed doors? Isn’t it obvious in public?” the aide said. “Don’t you think that’s why they want to hide the Hur transcript?”

A White House official dismissed suggestions that the accounts depict a president with declining mental acuity.

“Congressional Republicans, foreign leaders and nonpartisan national security experts have made clear in their own words that President Biden is a savvy and effective leader who has a deep record of legislative accomplishment,” spokesman Andrew Bates told the outlet.

“Now, in 2024, House Republicans are making false claims as a political tactic that flatly contradict previous statements made by themselves and their colleagues.”

Pedo-Joe, the oldest president in US history, would be 86 by the end of a second term, if re-elected.

Fox News Alert ⚠️: Fox News NYPD ride-along showcases surge in migrant crime

"I'll take them over American citizens." -squirtgunarm2

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country

One repeat offender apprehended during Fox News' NYPD ride-along has been arrested 49 times

NEW YORK, N.Y. — Fox News hit the streets with the NYPD to see how the department is tackling crime trends linked to the migrant surge.

The exclusive ride-along comes just days after two NYPD officers were allegedly shot by a teen migrant who was out riding a stolen scooter.

"It’s going to be one of those nights," says NYPD Assistant Commissioner Kaz Daughtry.

Fox News cameras were rolling as we saw what the department's Community Response Team deals with on a nightly basis. The CRT team hit the Queens area, patrolling the neighborhood officers call a hot spot.

"So, we have only been out for 10 minutes, and we already have a guy driving a stolen moped. That is how it starts. Then, he could commit a crime using that stolen moped," says Chief of Patrol John Chell.

Investigators found guns, drugs and a man they say is a repeat offender with 49 arrests. Police say he is just one example of the revolving door of justice in New York City.

"This guy has been arrested 49 times and for grand theft auto several times. He is a car thief. Bring him in. Book him," Daughtry said.

He told Fox News police see cases like this all the time.

"Why is this person out on a stolen bike for the second time in two weeks? Arrested by the same officer," Chell said.

Throughout the night, officers are targeting illegal mopeds and stolen scooters, taking dozens off the streets.

"We are seeing a huge uptick in crimes committed on scooters," said Daughtry.

According to the NYPD, armed migrant moped crews have been connected to dozens of violent street robberies.

"Right now, we are at 13,000 seizures. We are on record pace for 30,000 and, over the past two years, 41,000. it is a quality-of-life issue and a crime issue," Chell said.

Police say the stolen mopeds are just one example of crime linked to the ongoing migrant surge. This year, the NYPD arrested two armed Venezuelan migrants allegedly part of a migrant moped gang linked to more than 100 robberies across the Big Apple.

"We had … two Venezuelan migrants committing 112 chain snatches and robberies," said Daughtry.

"Two hundred thousand migrants have come to NYC, and a small portion do not come for the American dream. They prey on New Yorkers," Chell said.

The crackdown comes just days after two NYPD officers were allegedly shot by a migrant on a stolen moped. The suspected gang member allegedly shot one officer in the chest. Body armor saved his life.

"The migrant had on a fanny pack or, like, a crossbody bag. He fired through the bag, and the cop was hit in his chest. It struck the officer at point-blank range in his vest," said Daughtry.

As the officers recover, the NYPD’s work continues. Officers are on pace for a record-setting number of stolen scooter and illegal moped seizures this year, which have played an integral role in fueling the city's crime epidemic.

Colonel Robert "Bull" Wolverton

Colonel Robert "Bull" Wolverton (29), commander of the 3rd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division getting his gear ready to jump into Saint-Côme-du-Mont, Normandy on June 5th, 1944. On that evening, he gathered his 750 men in an orchard adjacent to what is now Exeter airport, and said:

"...if die we must, that we die as men would die, without complaining, without pleading and safe in the feeling that we have done our best for what we believed was right."

Sadly, within hours, Wolverton, landed and became entangled in a tree just outside Saint-Côme-du-Mont. Within moments, he was struck by German patrol, killing him before his feet ever landed on French soil. His body was left hanging from the tree for three days and was used as target practice by the Germans. It is written that when Colonel Wolverton's body was recovered by American soldiers, the beloved commander of the 3/506 had over 150 bullet holes and bayonet wounds in his body. His possessions had also been looted from him, including pictures of his wife and toddler son.

Wolverton's remains were eventually recovered and sent back to the United States, and he was buried with full honors in the cemetery of his beloved alma mater: the United States Military Academy at West Point. Robert was awarded the Legion of Merit posthumously.

Despite his horrific death, Wolverton's legacy endured. His prayer was cited by President Ronald Reagan in a 1984 speech from Normandy on the 40th anniversary of the invasion and recounted in numerous books throughout the years.

Fox News Alert: 'National security issue': Ex-WH doctor raises alarms on Pedo-Joe's mental health after bombshell report

Pedo-Slow-Joe not fit

LINK: A former White House physician turned Republican lawmaker says President Biden's mental fitness is a matter of "national security."

"The article's just documenting what I've been saying all along: he's not fit to be the commander-in-chief," Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, told Fox News Digital on Wednesday. "He's got significant issues, he shouldn't have the job. You know, it's a national security issue for us."

It comes after a bombshell report in The Wall Street Journal that cited interviews with 45 people over the course of several months, claiming that congressional leaders and others who have met with Pedo-Joe have noticed he "appears slower now" and is "someone who has both good moments and bad ones."

Before being elected to Congress, Jackson served as the top White House physician to former Presidents homObama and Trump. He also served as chief medical adviser for the latter.

The Journal's report has prompted furious pushback from the White House and its allies, who have dismissed it as a GOP-led hit piece.

However, Jackson pointed out that some of the commentary apparently came from Democrats. The report said, "Most of those who said Biden performed poorly were Republicans, but some Democrats said that he showed his age in several of the exchanges."

The Texas Republican speculated that it could be the beginnings of a political coup against the 81-year-old president.

"I think that the fact that it came out like this, and is so well sourced, tells me that this might be the left's first attempt to start laying the groundwork to get rid of him," Jackson said.

Jackson told Fox News Digital that he has sent five letters to the White House since Pedo-Joe took office in January 2021, urging him to take a cognitive test and to make those results public. All five letters have gone unanswered, he said.

"I don't know if it does any good to send another letter at this point," Jackson said. "They've ignored them all."

White House spokesman Andrew Bates responded to Jackson's comments by comparing him to a character from "The Simpsons" who's known to have questionable medical practices.

"I’d refer Dr. Nick Riviera to what Kevin McCarthy said about negotiating with Pedo-Joe in the moment, when it was still fresh in his mind: ‘very professional, very smart. Very tough at the same time," Bates told Fox News Digital.

There have been several recent polls that show Pedo-Joe's age is a top concern for voters.

A March New York Times/Siena College poll found that 61% of respondents who voted for Pedo-Joe in 2020 agreed with the statement, "Pedo-Joe is just too old to be an effective president."

Bates hit back at the Journal's report, saying, "Congressional Republicans, foreign leaders and nonpartisan national-security experts have made clear in their own words that Pedo-Joe is a savvy and effective leader who has a deep record of legislative accomplishment."

"Now, in 2024, House Republicans are making false claims as a political tactic that flatly contradict previous statements made by themselves and their colleagues," Bates said.

Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., posted on X, "Many of us spent time with [the Journal] to share on the record our first-hand experiences withPedo-Joe, where we see his wisdom, experience, strength and strategic thinking. Instead, the Journal ignored testimony by Democrats, focused on attacks by Republicans and printed a hit piece."

"I made clear to the Journal regarding the January meeting on Ukraine that Pedo-Joe was absolutely engaged & ran that meeting in a way that brought everyone together. I'm not quoted — I wonder why," Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., wrote on X.

Why Do You Excuse This

Two days ago, Trump told Fox News that he never said “lock her up” regarding Clinton and claimed that it was just “the people” who said that.

He clearly knows that the majority of his supporters are stupid and uneducated, so he can lie to them without repercussion. But you few educated deplorables: Why do you constantly support his lies?

I don't remember this kid when he played baseball for Marshall in 2013 and 2014. Does anybody know why he transferred to Ashland for his final two years? He didn't perform much or well as a freshman/sophomore at Marshall.

He made the big leagues and pitched in five games for the Arizona Diamondbacks a few years ago. He is still playing in independent ball. Pretty impressive that from 2017-2021, Marshall had five former players play in the Big Leagues.

Hey, @Chris McLaughlin .

Three of the last eight threads on this board were made by other posters yet were about me. They can't stop thinking about me. It's like I am Donny, and they are all Marthas in Baby Reindeer (just without the gay sex and all).

More, last week I posted about the very low activity level on the HerdNation board. Thus, I started posting there, and there have already been three active threads today when the historical average over the last quarter was only two per day. I am having an impact putting butts in the seats.

Part of Charles Huff's contract includes multiple levels of payments based on ticket sales. What about a profit sharing plan for me . . . where I get about 90% of the profit, since ya' know, that's only fair. I'll even donate some of it to HerMan so that he doesn't have to ride around in that deathmobile that his employer makes him drive for sales calls.

P.S. What are your thoughts on one of your moderators threatening to ban me just because he doesn't like my opinion, which is based on facts, of Huntington?

How would the US Power Grid Handle All of the EV Stuff?

You hear all of the buzzwords. Climate change. Renewable Energy. Sustainability. Save the Earth. All of that jazz.

But, let's get down to the nuts and bolts of it. We don't have the power grid for it. None of these Einstein's spouting this crap in DC or on college campuses don't have a practical answer or solution of putting it into reality. Not a concept, but a reality.

The US power grid is not ready for it and there is no real plan to make it work other than a pie in the sky dream. It would be that. You would also need redundant backup systems with no single points of failure. Entire cities and housing developments would need retrofitted. Highways would need changed with charging stations along the way.

But, people buy into this.
