I never said I don't have enough money to move out. You aren't losing $4000. Of that, $1600 is a deposit which you get back. So, now it's only a matter of $2400. Of that $2400, $1600 is the first month's rent. You claim you pay a fair share of rent to your momma'. So, how much is that? $500? So, take the $500 you would have spent on rent anyways and deduct it from that $1600. Now, you're looking at no more than $1900 at the most. If you don't use a broker, which is very easy to do, you actually would only be out $1100 more to have your own place when you consider you get the deposit back.
So, you can supposedly pay $20,000+ in cash for a new car (which we all know is yet another bullshit lie from you), but you can't afford $1100 to move into your own apartment at almost 30 years old?
