I’m also a member of wvtailgatecentral.com (free, btw) which is a WV high school forum. A few months ago, one of the guys there set up a WV high school football simulator. You get to be the coach of a team (you can have up to 2 teams). You set the depth chart, pick the schemes, and game plan for each game. We do 2 games a week. It’s actually set up for college, so you get a class of recruits each year (8th graders in our sim) and players will transfer. After each game, you can see the full play by play and the box score.
Game plan picking does involve strategy. I always check out my opponents page to scout them before the game.

In case you’re wondering, Spring Valley won the championship last year, and they return most of their starters. They’re also an available team.
