That's an excellent combination choice by whomever made it. USF will likely be decked out in their all green, so the Herd wearing black pants is awesome.
White jersey over green pants is the best combo, IMO. Followed by green jersey over white pants.

Yep. In a world of 20 second channel flippers and highlight watchers, you need to be consistent. Never have liked the black, especially do not like a black and white combo. School colors are not black and white.

So you suggest wearing kelly green pants and jerseys? That should work well if USF wears green pants and/or jerseys. Great idea.
By the way, as has been discussed on here previously, the official accent colors for Marshall are black and white. In fact, Marshall's official primary palette is green, black, and white. Those are the three colors used in the uniform.
Assuming USF is in green, that means Marshall can't also use green as their primary jersey color.
Ever seen white football pants, especially with dark colored skin, when it is raining hard? You see more skin than in Magic Mike.

Seems like all college teams have gone to black as the preferred alternate uni color.
The Ohio uniforms looked pretty good. The only thing I would improve is the green helmet logos needed to be a little brighter to contrast better with the black.
