There’s a reason the Constitution gives congress the right to expel members. Santos fits that reason about perfectly. If they didn’t have such a slim majority I think he’s be gone already.

Looks like the santos saga may be wrapping up. He pled guilty and is facing a minimum of 2, but probably 6-8 years in prison for wire fraud.
