Looking ahead in basketball, I don’t see many wins on the horizon. Of the remaining games only 9 wins at best. Regular season record: 10-17.

Too optimistic. 6 to 9 wins, none of significance.
Team will look good in practice.
Team will have a theoretical (like 99% of teams) of winning conference tournament, which is an irrelevant truism.
Team will be said to be “young”.
At end of year, for reason unexplainable to those who watched w/o green colored glasses on, next year will be proclaimed as going to be “better”.

Sam, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Won’t bring this up until the win total reaches 10....

I qualify as a member. As a matter of fact, probably older than both 77 & Sam. I agree with you W-S.
I respect Herdmeister's knowledge about MU basketball. He always has given an honest opinion. I feel the same way, meister, and hope both of are "low."
