Meanwhile, Trump’s numbers are rising. Dating back a little more than a year, RealClearPolitics’ average has had Trump hovering between 42 percent and 46 percent in a head-to-head matchup with Biden. Not only did Trump break 46 percent for the first time earlier this month, this week he inched above 47 percent, about equal to his vote share in the 2020 election."​

Doesn't matter if he's in jail. He won't be, but it doesn't matter either way. He can run from jail and I think that would only improve his chances. If he is found guilty in these obvious biased cases, he will appeal. While he wades through the appeals process, he will be free, because he's not a flight risk. I just can't wait until the witch hunt is over. They've tried to remove him from the ballot to no avail, on more than one occasion, in the most hate-filled (hate for Trump) states in America. So anyone's lifetime dream of Trump going to jail is basically a pipe dream. The American people know what's going on and they know what and why the left is scraping the bottom of the barrel to 'get Trump'...

Oh heck yeah. He would definitely win and then pardon himself. As funny as I think that scenario would be, there's just no way he's going to jail. The election will be over by the time the appeals process is over. He'll pardon himself before they can find him guilty through appeals. He's not guilty, in my opinion and this is all weaponizing the legal system so Trump can't win and piss on their party.
