* They will not accept a plan that expands the playoffs with auto bids (no auto bids means an expanded 12-team playoff can have 5 SEC an 5 Big10 teams every year, chosen by a "committee" that will include the SEC and Big10 commissioners).
* The "committee" is also going to look at possibly "downsizing FBS" or creating a new top division.
