I hated Mark Snyder as a head coach. In way over his head, and not capable of doing any better.
That being said, I don't recall his teams ever quitting on him. They were scrappy, even though they sucked.
This year's Herd team got punched in the mouth the second game of the season and curled into the fetal position and haven't got back up. With the exception of 4-5 players, they are a bunch of f*cking pussies with no heart.
Fire everyone and offer Charlie Strong as much as we can possibly fork over, whatever house he wants in the tri-state area, his choice of a cheerleader or cheerleaders for a mistress, and whatever else we can give.

This game tells you a ton about heart and the will to win as well as just how poor the staff is.

You would think that with the record being what it was going into this game that there would have been a serious effort to be prepared and with the record being as it is anyone who slacked off this week would be watching as the second or third string could accomplish what we are watching take place.

My first guess is when he took to the airwaves to chastise the fan base for being upset and possibly protesting the product on the field. The second would be when he did it in roughly the same manner a week later.
